01 — Services

One accountable contractor. The whole foundation system.

Choose a single work stage or a complete solution. Every quotation is based on the actual design, ground conditions and schedule.

We do not sell a blind square-metre rate. A foundation is a system in which preparation, penetrations, reinforcement and concrete must work together.

01

Slab foundation

An integrated base for a home, combining the structural slab, insulation and utility penetrations in one coordinated system.

  • Structural base and layer depths
  • Insulation and penetrations
  • Formwork, reinforcement and pour
02

Strip foundation

Project-led footings and foundation strips for load-bearing walls, plinths and more complex building geometry.

  • Setting out, excavation and footing
  • Formwork and reinforcement
  • Waterproofing, insulation and backfill
03

Groundworks and preparation

Removal of unsuitable soil, setting correct levels and building the specified drainage and compacted fill layers.

  • Setting out and soil removal
  • Drainage and geotextile
  • Layer-by-layer compaction
04

Concrete and reinforcement

Project-specified reinforcement, pour-ready formwork, coordinated concrete placement and finishing.

  • Reinforcement and penetration checks
  • Concrete placement and compaction
  • Finishing and curing

02 — Choose a solution

Start with the building, not a price list.

The quick selector helps clarify your enquiry. The final solution is confirmed from the design and site conditions.

Slab foundation with complete base preparation

The final solution is determined by the design, loads and ground conditions.Send project information
Slab foundation / generally

When the floor and structural base work as one system.

Often suited to energy-efficient homes where insulation, penetrations, underfloor heating and the reinforced slab require precise coordination.

Strip foundation / generally

When loads, the plinth or the building design require separate footings and strips.

Often used for load-bearing walls, a higher plinth, garages, crawl spaces or more complex geometry.

The final foundation type and structure must be specified by a qualified designer using the building and ground data.

03 — How we work

Five controlled steps. No guesswork.

Before work starts, you know what is included, who is responsible and when each stage begins.

Start an enquiry
  1. 01

    Initial contact

Tell us about the site, location and preferred schedule. Drawings can be sent now or later.

  2. 02

    Review of information

We review drawings, quantities, ground information and site conditions. A site visit is arranged when needed.

  3. 03

    Clear quotation

You receive the scope, price, assumptions and schedule in writing before work starts.

  4. 04

    Construction

Work follows the agreed stages, project dimensions and actual site conditions.

  5. 05

    Handover

We check the result, record key stages and hand over a base ready for the next contractor.

04 — A better quote request

Four things that make a quotation more accurate.

Better input means less guesswork, less contingency and fewer later extras.

Everything does not have to be final. Send what you have and tell us what is missing. We will explain what is actually needed for the next decision.

  1. 01

    Foundation plan

Attach architectural or structural drawings with dimensions, sections and levels.

  2. 02

    Ground information

Attach the ground survey if available. Otherwise describe the plot, made ground and known water conditions.

  3. 03

    Site access

Include the address, heavy-vehicle access, utilities and available material storage space.

  4. 04

    Scope and schedule

Tell us what is already complete, what you expect from ProVundament and when the foundation must be ready.

Practical advice

Do not compare only the final price. Compare the scope.

Check whether excavation and disposal, fill materials, compaction, drainage, insulation, penetrations, formwork, reinforcement, concrete, pump, transport, curing and documentation are listed separately. A lower number is not a cheaper solution if half the stages appear later as extras.

05 — Work quality

What remains beneath the concrete matters most.

Levels, compaction, penetrations and reinforcement are checked before the pour. These mistakes are expensive to correct later.
