This policy explains what personal data ProVundament OÜ collects through provundament.ee, why it is used and what rights you have. We use the information only to handle your enquiry and possible project.

2. Data we collect

We collect the information you submit with a quotation request:

Name, so we know who to contact;
Phone number and/or email, so we can respond;
Site location, to assess scope and logistics;
Service and project description, to prepare a relevant quotation;
Project file, if attached, for reviewing drawings and other project information.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to respond, assess the work, prepare a quotation and, where relevant, agree the project. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and is based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use enquiry data for direct marketing without separate consent.

4. Service providers and international transfers

We do not sell personal data. Carefully selected hosting, file-storage and email-delivery providers may process it on our behalf only as needed to operate the enquiry service. We use contracts and appropriate safeguards where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area.

5. Retention and security

Enquiry data is normally kept for up to 24 months after the latest contact, unless legal duties require longer retention. Uploaded files are stored in access-controlled private server storage, and administrative access is restricted. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing. Contact info@provundament.ee. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate at aki.ee.

7. Analytics and cookies

The core website does not require analytics cookies. If analytics is enabled, it loads only after explicit consent and is used to improve the website and enquiry journey. Declining does not limit use of the site. You can reopen “Analytics choices” in the footer.
